The Velo Forum is a space for you to have technical conversations, share examples and tutorials, and get assistance with coding questions.
If you think you’ve encountered a bug while working in Velo, there are a few ways you can report it to the Velo team. If you don’t have Dev Mode enabled, please contact Wix Customer Care .
- To reach the Velo Product Support team directly, start here . Then select Editor, Editor X, ADI & Live Sites, and then Velo.
- To report the bug within the Wix Editor, go to the Velo Help menu, click “Give Velo Feedback”, and then click “Send bug report”.
When reaching out to the Velo Product Support team by following a flow described above, a ticket is automatically created in our system.
Make sure you are logged in to the account in question before submitting a ticket. This way, you will receive a reply to an email address associated with your Wix account.
All requests related to Velo are currently handled via email. This allows our Experts to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and provide a detailed solution.
In order for us to be able to investigate your request, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
The site name
The site URL (if published)
The page name in Editor where the issue is occurring
The page URL (if published)
The element(s) which you are having trouble with
The problematic part of the code
A detailed description of the issue
The desired vs. expected behavior
A screenshot (or a screencast) of the issue
