How to set a collection that members can view and submit.

I create a collection named Courses. I want the teachers can submit the information into it. I also want the students can view the information from it.
If I set Course to “Member submission form only.”, then teachers can submit the information into it. But the student cannot view the information from it.
How to resolve this problem. Thanks.

Can you select this Custom Use and edit each of the case permissions? (Edit Delete Update Insert)
