How to set webhook URL in wix

Hi there,
When a contact form submitted, wix needs to send an HTTPS POST request to my server URL with the event’s data.
I have gone through below URLs
https://dev.wix.com/docs/infrastructure/webhook/#register-for-webhooks

Can you please clear this point:
Go to the Register Your App tab in your app’s page.
Where it is??

I want to add my own server URL where I can receive HTTP request.
