How to sync a Delay Button to a specific time of a Video

I would like to delay a button appearance to sync with a specific time of a Video. This video is hosted at VTurb.

I have embbeded this video using a HTML element to the page.

I tried to add many different codes to the page, but they don’t work.

Can someone help me here, please?

This code helped me a lot! I tried many other codes, but they never worked because my video was hosted at VTurb, so I needed to embed it to the page. This is the right one, thanks!
