Guys this is really exciting news for all users of Wix Blog !
Today I found out that several of our customers’ blogs now had a canonical tag.

As you might know you can insert code snippets e.g. a canonical tag by using the Tracking and Analytics tool wix. But you might also know that you can’t uploade canonical tags on a specific blog posts simply because you can only uploade code snippets on pages that you have in the menu.

This news will make sure that your blog posts will have the correct canonical tag and you don’t even have to move a finger, because wix automatically do it for you!

ALERT: At the moment Wix haven’t announced this yet so they are probably still testing

I really hope this is legit and a new feature. There are lots of little SEO touches WIX could add to our sites and their features. The lack of all these little features hurts our SEO.
