I am trying to add hover boxes to a strip of images but the hover boxes won't keep the properties of the columns they're placed in. Help?

For more information: The strip is a team member strip, and I would like the names/titles of the people to appear when hovering over their images, without the hover images overlapping weirdly when adjusting the dimensions of the page
