I have used radio buttons some with text and some with number inputs. They are all connected to a ‘subscriber’ based form where we collect the emails for marketing. I and another colleague have tested the form but upon inspection in the content manager, some of the fields are empty .
Are you using code to input the values into your collections? If so, please post your code here, so we can help you out.
If you connected the user inputs to a content collection via a dataset then you might want to check if the radio buttons have been connected to the correct collection and that the values are corresponding to the fields in that collection.
Unfortunately I’m not working with code (my experience doesn’t take me that far) but I know I have done the right thing for each step.
Each radio button question I have connected to the right collection and as I connected it I created a new value. I did the same thing for each and only some of them have worked even though I filled out each field.
