I Need Help With Making My Menu Responsive

So I’m creating a new site and everything seems to be responsive except for my menu. I’m designing the layout on a 15-inch display and whenever I switch to a smaller display like a 13-inch the only part of my site that doesn’t adjust is my navigation menu. Can someone please help me fix this issue.
