I would like to add the shipping cost by milage not by weight etc... is there a way to do this?

i.e. Business is in Houston Texas,

Customer buys something and it is getting shipped to San Antonio texas (approx. 300 miles away) this would be $235

Another customer places an order, and they live in New York… this price would be $400…

Is there any way to do this?
Any help would be appreciated… thank you!
