Implementing progress/activity status

For instance if I were to have quizzes on the site, can I implement something like a progress bar for the user to see the % completed? eg. invidual profile being able to see their activity status(quizzes 100% done, some left with 20% more)

Also there will be a group of “leaders” that are able to add members to their groups and monitor their progress/activity status

Is this feasible/possible and if so, hard to implement?
