understand what coupons my customer has redeemed and what coupons are still active on customer’s hand

we have launched the program for a months, a lot of customer redeemed but not using the coupon, we must know that which coupon are still active. and for the coupon, there is no expiry date, it also created headache for us as a lot of customer redeemed something, but we do not know what that is and we do not know if it will impact our future profitability when customer use them
