We must have the ability to integrate any tracking code that needs to be placed in header tag of the site.

Our Google ads are run by a marketing company which needs to add a tracking code to the header, in order to successfully run their optimization algorythems and for tracking purposes.
This was not an issue before we switched to Wix from WordPress.
We need this ability urgently, as we are losing money and clients on a daily basis because of this.
How can I add the necessary code into the header? Is there a work around?

wix has a good purpose (build websites in a simple way) but is very slow to implement changes.
Honestly, I do not understand why they close such a matter of the body code. Leaving it open will not cause me the desire to migrate to another platform. Instead of this, I’m thinking of migrating now that I can not track customers.
It is a pity!
I honestly love Wix, because it took out everything except what I need to make and manage my site… Basically it’s as easy as making a PowerPoint.
But, if I am unable to add this tracking code, I will be losing tens of thousands of dollars in sales… So I will have to move back to WordPress, which I cannot stand!
