Can anyone help? In my blog the Publish and Cancel buttons are there but they are invisible. When I rollover the cursor changes and I can click on them but I can’t see the buttons. I tried asking Support and they told me to change the colour of the button in the Settings but I don’t have button settings - looks like I have an older version of the new blog.
Yeah - this isn’t normal behavior. Did you email or call? I would request a callback from support.
I have a problem with my Support account. When I reply, they reply back to say they don’t have my email on file so can’t continue the conversation. So I put in another ticket to fix the account problem, they said it was fixed and my email was now against the account. But when I put in another ticket they once again said I didn’t exist, so I’m stuck in a loop. I guess I should request a callback!

Hi Sara! Contact support and they should be able to resolve this matter. It looks like it may have to do with the color selection options in your blog app settings.
