I wish to have a button that appear on all pages, is it possible ?

To do that, I think you’ll need to place the button in a ‘master’ section and then apply that section to all your pages.
It was easy on Editor Wix, but it seems that this function is not (yet) implemented on EditorX
it is possible to add element with masters section, but for separate elements, it is FR and you can vote for it here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/editor-x-request-setting-an-element-as-a-master
