Is there a tutorial on how to add our google tags script/code?

We want to use google tags to have a tag event sent to google when the user submits a form. It is not clear to me how the pieces fit together within wix constraints. We have the script from google for both the loading of the google script, and the javascript function to call to send the event.

Is there a step-by-step tutorial on how to integrate this into wix?
