Is there a way to make a input field from Wix Forms read only?

Hello

I understand it can be done if using the custom form input element.
However I dont want to rebuild the whole form.
Is it possible to use code to disable some field, read only?

you can do this using custom codes.

I understand your answer, but from my understanding, they are asking about the new forms setup, where the elements are not individually accessible. What you’re talking about is the old forms, where you could select the fields individually in the editor, that is no longer the case with the new system. When you select an existing form, it is placed on the page as a single element, with no options to change each field as necessary.

I’m sorry @Li_Blue , I don’t have an answer for you, but if you find one I’d be very interested to know! This might be a feature request situation, although I am quite surprised that such a simple feature is not already available.
