Is there a way to not allow members of my online courses to do a screen shots of my course contents on the website?

I am currently creating my website with members only courses and I want to preserve my content by not allowing my members to screen grab or do some screenshots of my module materials. Is there a way to prevent that? I have already enabled the right click protect and embedded PDF as a viewer only, so they won’t be able to print or download materials. My latest concern is that they will still be able to screenshot the content and I want that disabled as well. Thanks for your help!

I think this will not work. There are EXTERN-programms which can do screenshots of your screen. I think what you are trying to do is impossible.

The only one thing i imagine, what you could do is to disable the print-button on the key-borad (eventually). But this still would not prevent someone to make a screenshot with external software like (“Greenshot”) for example.

If i am wrong, so correct me.

I actually saw this question raised on a forum (not here) that an HTML code can be inserted but I’m not really certain if that will work thus I raised this question here. If not possible, do you have any recommendations of an app or anything I can add to my online courses that would do the trick?

Not really sorry.
But if you have found an solution, let me know. Thks.

As russian-dima said, it is nearly impossible to prevent screen shots. You could however try the right-click-protection app to prevent users from right-clicking & copying your site content.

@arthurvalatin Thank you. I have enabled the Right Click Protect for my images. Thank you!

@mjscero88 Netflix does it, you can’t screen capture Netflix’s videos, it shows black, I’m trying to figure out a way to do it as well for my
