Is there any build or distro of a usable Wix dev environment that can be run offline?

Considering system design philosophy of Wix, I believe an offline editing environment doesn’t exist yet, mainly because it would inevitably lead to data inconsistency. 
There’s no offline version of either editor.
You can connect GitHub to most editors so you can work on code locally - although IIRC you still need to be online to use the preview for the code.
