Yes, depening on the apps you use (i.e Wix Stores, Wix pricing plans, etc.) there should be an option to automatically send an invoice to your User.

I am using Wix pricing plan, and there is the option to send an invoice, but its to request the payment. But what I am trying to achieve is to send an invoice after successful payment.
Currently, it is been done manually. Can we automate this process?

If you activate that option, the user gets an invoice with an “open balance” of 0. (like a receipt).

Although I followed the steps and got the invoice but I am not able to preview it on either mobile or web. Could you please tell me what could be the possible reason?

It’s showing the “Invoice is no longer available”

Then this is something for Support. Normally you should be able to view your invoices indefinately.
