Is there API access to the current number of sessions available to a member who purchased a pricing plan linked to a service (with limited number of sessions)?

Question:
A user can purchase pricing plans which offers limited number of sessions of a service.
How can I access (from the code) this information ? Which API or database can give me this information ?

What are you trying to achieve:
The site propose pricing plans linked to services, with limited number of sessions offered with the plan.
I need to access this information from the code to log each change. and more generally monitor the evolution.

What have you already tried:
I looked through members, princing plans and services API.
