Im trying to do whats shows on the photo above, its simple: question after you answer and press next new question pops and at the end they press send to send the answers to me.
Im new to Wix I’m not very familiar where to look or how to start so if someone could help just to tell me where to start, It’ll be much appreciated!

One option to achieve this more easily in Wix might be to use a Multi-State Box. Think of a Multi-State Box as a way to create multiple small pages that you can switch between, often with transition animations. To start, you should add a Multi-State Box to your page, and then add the questions and buttons you need. It would also be helpful to read through the Velo API manual. 
As for displaying options, if you’re looking to create something similar to what you’re imagining, using a Repeater is an option but may be somewhat challenging. It might be easier to implement using radio buttons, checkboxes, or a select tag instead.
