Is this possible to have a dynamic page with Owner ID?

I want to show the multiple items added by member. Now, I want to assign each member a URL like site/ownerID. This page should show all the items for the current owner.

Although, dynamic page have a single page for single id. But owner id is also unique and I want to treat this as dynamic (all). Is this possible?
