We have banners and product links on our website from different affiliate programs. Whenever one of our customers clicks on or touches the banner or product link it disappears instead of redirecting them to the supplier’s website to make their purchase or browse other products that the supplier has. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it? We could really use soime help with this issue.
If you have used code for the banners and product links that are provided by third party providers and not through Wix themselves, then you need to be going back through these third party providers as Wix will not provide support for any code from third party providers.
