Job Board, Wix Form & Assessments

Question:
How do I add an Assessment to my Job Board which I designed using dynamic pages and CMS.

Product:

What are you trying to achieve:
This is the flow for what I want to achieve.
Job Board (Job List, Job Items) → Application Form (Dynamic Page) → Assessment Form → Submission & Automations

What have you already tried:
Job Form, So I have been able to add the Wix Form here, so the issue is how to add the assessment. I tried adding another page to the form to cater for the assessment.

This is where I plan to add the assessment; the issue is if I add an assessment here, it will be the same questions for every job application, and I don’t want that. I want to have different assessments unique to each job application.

Unfortunately, Wix Forms may not be the best solution for this scenario. Creating individual forms for every job assessment would not only be time-consuming but also inefficient. Additionally, Wix imposes limits on the number of forms you can create, meaning you might eventually need to upgrade your plan to accommodate more.

A better option could be building a custom dynamic form using Velo by Wix and populating the fields from a CMS collection. This approach would allow you to reuse a single form template and tailor it dynamically for each job, based on the stored data. However, setting this up will require some initial effort and time, as it involves custom coding.

You might want to explore third-party form builders like Typeform or JotForm. But you’ll likely face the same issue as Wix Forms which is that you’ll have to pay after a certain point.
