I’m working with a new client who needs a custom job board, they asked me to use the one from https://simplejobscript.com/ is there an easy way to use this with wix code?
Easy? Difficult question to answer.
Gave that site a quick look and I don’t see why it couldn’t be done. I can’t promise easy however.
Thanks Yisrael, they’ve basically provided a whole heap of files to upload to the public_html server. https://simplejobscript.com/docs/installation-guide/ just doesn’t appear to be a way to upload files ?
Their files won’t work with Wix Code. WixCode understands all of Javascript, except for anything that accesses the DOM. Accessing document elements such as div, span, button, etc is off-limits. The way to access elements on the page is only through $w. This keeps the user from inadvertently “breaking” something.
When I said you could build a site like that one, I meant that you could build a site like that one - with Wix Code. For more information on what Wix Code is, how it works, and what you can do with, refer to the Wix Code docs .

Compiles only “1 day jobs” i.e. released one day and stay on the site for 24 hours to stay fresh and current.
Every and any industry.
Starting off for Canada/ USA then expanding.
