✨🀝✨ Kudos to WIX product development team

I just wanted to personally thank everyone in WIX who helped me resolve a massive problem I had with a client. A couple of months ago, I complained about a missing feature in Paid Plans in which my clients could not see how many Sessions left on a sold paid plan.

It started by me requesting it through Tech Support and then posting it here in the forum ( https://www.wix.com/experts/home/forum/general-discussion/dealing-with-wix-booking-session-count-member-remaining-sessions ) which Brett Haralson helped me in getting the product development team to see the info.

I then got mail from Reinhardt Schuhmann (Product Strategy Manager) who took more details about the issue and promised to direct them to the right team, and like magic, about 2 months later, the feature has been added.

This is just so wonderful to know that you guys at WIX really pay attention to the designers needs and truly stand behind us to give both of us clients what they expect from the system.

@hidemitakagi I’ve raised the notifications feature with the Paid Plans team! They are looking into it.
