Hi, I just created a new lightbox offering a limited time discount, and it is not showing on my mobile site. Most of my traffic comes through mobile, almost no one even goes to my site through desktop, so it is most important for the lightbox to appear on mobile.
Here are the steps I have taken:
I have been working in mobile editor.
I set triggers so lightbox automatically displays. (In mobile, it won’t allow me to choose when this is triggered, like in desktop).
I previously had a different lightbox - I changed the settings so that one no longer displays. (it’s still on my site, though).
I checked the hidden elements on mobile, and nothing is selected.
I cleared the cache on my phone browser and rebooted my phone.
I remember in the past, it took some maneuvering to figure this out, but now nothing is working. I have done everything Wix says to do on their Help page, and it should work and it doesn’t.
Can anyone please help?
