Lightbox On Mobile Does Not Open

Hello.

I have a button on the site that when clicked it opens a lightbox. It works fine on the desktop version but on mobile nothing happens when the button is clicked. I would like to open the lightbox on the mobile version as well.

Here is my code to open the lightbox (it works on desktop but doesn’t on mobile):


    $w('#button1').onClick((event) => {
        wixWindow.openLightbox("MyLightbox", {
            serviceName: "data Info",
        });
    })

The code you posted looks OK so the problem is somewhere else.

Is it even possible to open a Lightbox using a button on the mobile version ?

It is currently not possible to use the Wix Lightbox on the Wix Mobile Website.
This is something we are actively developing and will let you know when it is available. At this time, only desktop visitors will be able to see your Wix Lightbox pop-up.
