Limit range for Local Delivery Date Picker during Checkout

Question:
How can I limit the range of delivery dates shown to the user during checkout?

What are you trying to achieve:
Currently the user can choose the correct days (the ones I defined for Local Delivery for a specific region), but the date picker is showing too much dates in the future (up to 1 month), while I only want to show dates up to 1 week in the future.
This date picker is located at the Delivery method section on the default Wix Checkout page, which I have no further control of, since I don’t know the element id.

What have you already tried:
I have searched on the forum, checked the delivery settings and the wix documentation, but I did not find any solution.

Additional information:
Something I don’t understand is why my delivery date options are showing options up until 1 month in the future, while in the Wix documentation it says:

“There are 2 ways to set up delivery days and time frames. The first option is to let your customer select the delivery time slot they prefer from any available options in the upcoming 7 days.”

This is exactly what I need, but for me it is showing options in the upcoming month, instead of only the upcoming 7 days.

Could this has to do with the note that is written on top of this page? :

“Important: We’re in the process of rolling out new shipping settings. If you have a Create Region button instead of Add Region, then you have the new version.”

I am seeing ‘Add Region’ in my Wix Studio, so my shipping settings are apparently not yet updated with the newest version. Will this new version allow me to only show 7 days in the future? And if so, how can I get this new Wix version? Or should I just wait till they roll out to me as well?

I had contact with the Wix support and they told me the following:

The documentation (see link above) already shows the information (screenshots and text) based on the new version. But this version is still being implemented by Wix.
That is why it is showing differently on my checkout page.

Sadly they could not yet tell me when this new version will be released, but they are actively working for this feature to be live as soon as possible… So I will just have to wait till then.
