Link to a page after click submit button doesn't work

Hello, I am beginner. And so, I have problem. I set a custom form and connect it to a database each element. The problem is, I want to make the user move to a “success” page after successful submitting. And how? because I have tried some methods but it can’t make my wish comes true.

  1. Link - Select Page - Select which page what I want the user to move - Choose stay or open new tab - Done
  • OR -
  1. Database - See “When successful, navigate to” - Choose a link - Select which page what I want the user to move - Choose stay or open new tab - Done

Both of those methods don’t work on my website.

CAn someone help me?
