Linking side menu anchors to Router

I would like to link the text (anchor) from my site menu to a router page. The issue I am having is that the Wix editor is not allowing that. Probably “item” is missing (how do I add that?). See attachment.

Additionally, I would like to know where the items (image below) “Aiden Johnson, Ash Stove…” come from and how I rename and remove them.
