I am trying to (simply!!!) link from a normal wix page to a blog post section of the same site, with it’s own ID using the URL with the ID added after a # (e.g. /mysite/post/sleep#viewer-2a4oa).
If I do this it only moves to the right part of the page if you open in a new tab, if you open in the same window it goes to the right post, but stays at the top of the page 
I have replicated this issue on chrome and edge so don’t think it is the browser.
Any ideas why and how to fix/workaround, as I don’t want to spam users with new windows every time they click a link. I am thinking perhaps this is a script/delay issue so can be handled in code?
