Links don't work

I have a page that’s linked to a dataset that won’t open. I’ve set the link to be linked to Dataset(Title) from the Dataset(All) page and it’s not working. I have another page with another dataset with the exact same setup that works fine. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

It’s not clear to me if you are referring to Datasets or Dynamic Pages.
