List of items inside a datacollection field that links to a repeater?

I am in the process of creating a Datacollection for our company projects. Within each project I want to be able to list Project Goals that gets populated into a Repeater so that each goal is separated out to its own little yellow box, my problem is I have no idea how to actually do this?

Here is the repeater I am referring too, ideally we must be able to create as many project goals items as we want:


Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Please note I have never done any actual coding in Wix, so if you do give code examples please keep this in mind.
