LIVE STREAM BIT RATE needs to be less picky

I can only get a steady stream through the LIVE Stream feature on WIX Video at a fixed 2500 kps whereas through all other platforms there is flexibility. The WIX system is too picky, it needs to accept at least 1500 through to 5000 as a suggestion.
