Live visitors not showing on desktop

I cant view who is viewing my site on the app but no longer see them on my latop when on my dashboard in the notifications area. Any help or ideas why??

Have cleared cookies and restarted etc.

I used to get a list of live visitors here … is this not an option anymore?
