how to request and enable it as redirection is not working

It’s not currently possible to be added, as it’s a gradual rollout. You can vote for it in the meantime to be notified when it becomes more widely available - SEO Request: Making LLMs.txt Available for All Sites | Help Center | Wix.com
I imagine the redirect doesn’t work because it’ll be a “reserved” slug for the Wix feature.
