load gallery from dataset

hi, i am trying to generate content for a gallery from a dataset and only get the gallery to load 1 image of the 4 i placed in the dataset. when i click the “connect to data” i get the option to choose "image sources to conect to. i see the 4 images but can only choose one.
how can i make the gallery load all images from the dataset (4 fields in the same row).

Only by code, not by using a dataset.

hmmm thanks. i guess this goes beyond my capabilities. but i would try if there are codes to copy… could you point me in a direction?
