Is there a way to load .ies files to a Wix website? and to make them download-able by viewers?

Unfortunately, this does not help. I read the supported files earlier looking for an answer, hence my question now on this forum. Is there a work around that anyone knows about? As I strongly need to load .ies files on a website and make them downloadable by users.
