The client has limited spaces and only releases spaces 48 hours before and is finding that some people are booking up the classes at silly hours of the night, ie 1am, 2am etc meaning that people waking up at a normal time are missing the opportunity to be able to book. He wants to put the booking on an even keel and only have booking available from say 8am - 9pm to prevent these overnight people booking all the spaces before everyone else wakes up

Yes, that is set up to 48hours. What I then need is to ensure that people can only book between the hours of 8am and 10pm to prevent those people taking all the spaces available at silly times of the night therefore not giving your average client a chance to book.
