LTR >> RTL

Hi…
In a taxt box i found a way to align the text to the right but i did’n found a way to change also the orientation form LTR to RTL.

exp. If i have a visitor who writes in a text box, while typing the orientation is LTR.
when he submit the on the site it appears RTL.

Is there a way that i have missed to fix that behavior?
