Make a Text Animation Loop

Hi!
I want to have 4 words appear and disappear in a constant loop on my homepage. These are the details –
00 secs - “Excite” fades in
06 secs - “Excite” fades out & “Engage” fades in
10 secs - “Engage” fades out & “Empower” fades in
12 secs - “Empower” fades out and “Equate” fades in
16 secs - “Equate” fades out and Loop resets

I am completely new to this. This is a thread I have been referring to, but I don’t think it allows me to add varying time intervals to each word. Help!

im pretty sure the number in duration is milliseconds, just change it to however many you want, any numbers should be the same pretty much
