Behavioural marketing is exploding in 2018, and WIX doesn’t seem to be part of it. We need a marketing automation tool, here is an example:
Build a custom form using Wix Code
“Submit” button triggers “Send_email” to that specific person. (not possible right now in Wix Code… keep reading WHY…)
I did find an interesting article adressing this issue… however, there is no way to implement custom-good-looking emails in this process, only a simple “Thank you” text on the body of the “automatic” email.
We should be able to save custom emails that get connected to the DataBases and be sent according to specific actions of each website-visitor.

It is very much possible to craft custom-good-looking emails with HTML and CSS.
Pretty much you can send whatever kind of email you want if you know HMTL and CSS. A good place to start learning will be https://www.w3schools.com/
As for “We should be able to save custom emails that get connected to the DataBases and be sent according to specific actions of each website-visitor” you can use Hooks and set conditional rules to send emails using the if function in the backend files.

The best answer here might be native Zapier support by Wix, as a standard offering vs. the current Wix answer of developing Wix API code. The any of us could trigger our favorite email tool (mine is MailChimp and Mandril).
