Friends, I have been having a media file problem for a while. When I try to delete the content of the files, they are not deleted and the items come back again. The wix team is looking into this but they haven’t been able to solve it yet. Does anyone have any comments? I leave the video link;

It’s not something I’ve seen before, and does seem a little strange.
You’ve already done the first step that I would have recommended 
(opening a bug report).
Other than that, I’m not too sure. When you hear back from the team, be sure to update with the solution here 
Unfortunately, no solution or Wix support team could solve the problem. I have to delete the faulty files and renew them again. It is a very demoralizing situation.

From what I’ve seen, this sometimes happens due to caching issues or a sync glitch between Wix’s media manager and the site database. Even if the files seem deleted, the system might still be referencing them somewhere behind the scenes.
One thing that sometimes helps is clearing your site’s cache and republishing after deletion attempts — but if Wix Support is already involved, it might take a bit for a full fix.
Are you seeing any specific error messages when you try to delete? Also, is this happening with all media types or just certain files?

Hello. Yes, unfortunately I could not find a clear solution and I had to delete the files that gave the error. Sometimes it takes a long time to wait for solutions and since it is a live site, you may have to resort to the long way quickly. But unfortunately, no clear solution was found.
