Mega menu not working properly

I’m creating a new website via Wix Studio and I’ve added a mega menu to the header on the home page. I’ve also added several pages that has the same mega menu.

There are 2 issues at the moment for the mega menu:

  1. when I’m editing the mega menu, I’m unable to click onto the component itself to select it.
  • clicking on the component to select it worked but now it’s stopped working
  • I can only select a component in the mega menu from the layers menu from the left hand Wix editor
  1. the mega menu only appears in the home page in preview mode or after it’s been published.
  • when I’m hovering over (activating) the main navigation header menu item on the home page, the mega menu appears and works perfectly
  • when I’m on any other page, the mega menu doesn’t appear at all
  • I’ve set the spacing between the header/menu and the mega menu is 0
  • I only edit the menu on the home page
  • one thing I did notice is that IF I stretch out the header so that vertically, the header and the mega menu is overlapping (so distance is in the negative) then on the other pages, the menu only appears in the header area as if it’s being masked out by the header but on the home page, it works normally and shows the full mega menu when activated.

Any suggestions or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I know there were a couple of issues with mega menus back when this topic was created, that have since been resolved.

If you’re still encountering issues, I’d recommend reporting them here.
