Member Area Upload Not Working

I have a member area created with Wix Code for uploading images and being able to see the images. The member is able to upload multiple images that shows on a repeater on another page. The problem I am having is that my Upload button is not automatically starting the upload on the first attempt. If you click the upload button a second time and choose a different picture then the upload starts automatically. I’ll post code below but I do not know why the upload button is not functioning on first attempt but will function on subsequent attempts.
