I have a members only area with a few pages for member only access. Today, I received a message from a member indicating "I am having trouble signing into the (website member page). I can log into the main part of the website but when I go to (the specific member page) it asks me to log in again. But then it take me back to the main site and logs me out. "
I have tested with my dummy member accounts and am not getting the same response. Any direction on what to tell my user or what to look at would be so apprecaited.
