Member Not Staying Logged In On Mobile

Interesting situation. I have a members area and on the desktop when I log in everything works fine. When I log in on mobile I can access the pages but it is like I am not really logged in. To prove this I created a read-only input field and in the placeholder text I put the users id. In the screenshots you can see what it should be with the hyphenated number, and then the one that it actually is on mobile. This is an issue because when the user clicks refresh they are taken back to the login screen. Plus when updating the database the owner field isn’t populated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I’ve tried it in various browsers, still having the same issue.

I also logged in with my wife’s account, which works just fine on her phone, but on my phone I don’t stay logged in once I get past the login screen.

Again any ideas greatly appreciated.
