Member specific discounts

I have created a Wix store however wasnt aware of many limitations of it when starting.
What I am looking for is:
Users create an account and I approve it.
That account now has a discount structure per Category

for example.
Account member 1 joins and he will have Category 1 set to 15% and Category 2 set to 5%
Account member 2 joins and he will have Category 1 set to 10% and Category 2 set to 30%

Need the discounts to be reflected in the store view and obviously in checkout.

Total of 7 Categories
Total of 270 (upto 300) Products
Total of 30,000 Account Members (users)

Can anyone help me with this?.. last thing I want to do is scrap all the work I did with Wix and start again.

Reading details it requires a Third Party API to make work.

Hi! Try out using member-system to create different membership levels, and then use Wix’s discount coupons feature to assign different discounts to each membership level. However, this approach would not allow for different discounts per category for each member, but only for the different membership levels. Another solution would be using Velo.

Thanks for the reply Bamuu, I really need to have the discount selectable for each category.
How would I implement velo to make this work for me?
Do I have to create a project?
