On our member account page the member’s bar keeps vanishing after refreshing the page. Also at random the log in bar goes crazy and the only way to reset all of this is to go to the home page then navigate through the member login bar back to the account page. Any thoughts on what is doing this and how to fix it?

make sure the login bar is attached to the header.
